Digital forensics and incident response dfir Start-up Consultant Procurement

CASE STUDY

Building a team of technical consultants in 2 months for a US-based Digital Forensics and Incident Response DFIR start-up

The Challenge

A US-based DFIR start-up already had a core leadership and management team in place, as well as adequate funding, but they needed to fill 20 technical DFIR consultant roles to successfully deliver on their upcoming projects.
Having only 10 employees in place when they first approached AGS Cyber, they needed our reach and resources to find the right candidates.

Our Approach

We immediately reached out to our deep database of diverse specialists in this field. Our team then drew on their technical knowledge to carefully screen each candidate to ensure they matched what the client wanted in both needs and specifications.
To cast the net even wider, we opened up a collaborative space to target competing DFIR consultancies to headhunt a number of talented professionals.

The RESULTS

We placed 15 of those 20 hires within just two months, with the other 5 candidates coming from internal referrals. Our approach was so successful, the client did not need to work with another agency to fill their quotas.
